π Return Period
Please submit your return request within 14 days from the date of product arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

All tags, accessories, and packaging materials are included

Original receipt or order number is available

β Return Shipping Fees
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
For your security, please use a shipping method with tracking.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with details for the return address.
Please note that only in cases of defective products or incorrect deliveries will we cover the shipping costs.
π Defective Products/Problems
Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival.
In the following cases, please contact us within 48 hours:

If you wish to change the size or color, the easiest way is to return the item
and place a new order for the desired item.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
