📦 Processing Time
After confirming your order, we inspect and pack the products.
Typically: Shipping preparation is completed within 2 business days.
※Processing time is not included in the shipping duration.
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Delivery times within Japan are as follows:

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number, shipping carrier, and estimated delivery date.
You can easily check the delivery status at any time.

💔 Damage During Shipping
Although products are carefully packaged, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

Damage caused by the shipping carrier is not covered by our return policy, but we will provide as much support as possible.
📦 Missing or Incorrect Items
